Preparing for the 2007 Season

9/07/07

AWS: What did you do during the off season?

Takeo: I continued to train so that I could have a championship season and to put myself and the team in a position to win a Super Bowl.

AWS: How did training camp go?

Takeo: We just finished and it went well. I’m healthy and feeling comfortable with my teammates and the scheme.

AWS: What was the biggest challenge for you during training camp?

Takeo: Trying to learn the scheme and not having to think to hard when I was on the field. I wanted my athletic ability to take over so I could show everyone what I could do.

AWS: How has the transition to the Eagles gone?

Takeo: Everything has gone smoothly and the city has embraced me.

AWS: How do you think the Eagles defense is shaping up so far?

Takeo: We are shaping up well. The faster we learn to play consistently the better off we will be.

AWS: The last regular season game is against the Bills. Have you give much thought about that game?

Takeo: Not really, but I hope that we will have clinched our playoff spot by then.
